Recover Your Soul is a community—and you are welcome here.
This free monthly gathering is a space to come together, reflect, and support one another on the path of healing and spiritual growth.
Whether you’re brand new or have been working the Recover Your Soul Process for a while, you’ll find encouragement, insight, and connection in this heart-centered group.
Each session is led by Rev Rachel, who will offer a short teaching or reflection based on the Recover Your Soul Steps, spiritual development for inspiration. There will be time for open Q&A, followed by small breakout groups where you can share and receive support in a safe and loving circle.

Looking Back with Gratitude
& Looking Ahead to 2027
As I look back on the three Recover Your Soul retreats we shared in Colorado this year, I feel so much gratitude. It amazes me what happens when we come together, open our hearts, and give ourselves the time and space to do this work. I welcomed beautiful souls from all over the country, even Canada, and each person brought something important to the experience we created together.
There is something powerful about turning inward and beginning to understand the patterns and beliefs we've carried for so long. At our retreats, we get to slow down, connect with the parts of ourselves that have been hurting, and offer love to the little girls within us who were doing the best they could to navigate a complicated world. We begin to see why we developed the ways of protecting ourselves that we did, and we create space for something new.
Every retreat is different, and there is always a little bit of magic in what unfolds. I am continually moved by the honesty, courage, connections, and shifts that happen when we are willing to show up for ourselves and one another. We remember that we aren't broken and don't need to become someone else. We can begin to release what no longer serves us and reconnect with the wholeness that has been within us all along.
This year, all of the people who joined me happened to be women, but Recover Your Soul retreats are open to both men and women. I'm excited to see what unfolds next!
What's Coming in 2027?
I'm beginning to look at dates for our 2027 Colorado retreats, and I'm also exploring virtual one-day experiences so we can do this work together even when we can't all be in the same place. I have a vision for a couples retreat, too, where partners can work through the Recover Your Soul process together and explore how our own healing can change the way we show up in our relationships.
I'll be sharing dates and details in January 2027.
