My work with you is spiritual coaching rooted in the Recover Your Soul™ 9-Step Process, metaphysical principles, recovery wisdom,

and my own intuitive connection.

Together, we look beneath the patterns, beliefs, stories, and experiences that may be keeping you from living fully as the person you are becoming. Through compassionate conversation, reflection, meditation, spiritual practices, and the wisdom of the Recover Your Soul Process, we create space for deeper awareness, release, and a new perception.

This is not about fixing what is wrong with you. You are not broken. It is about remembering the wholeness that has always been within you and learning to live from that place.

What Spiritual Coaching with Rev Rachel Is Not

I am an ordained metaphysical minister and spiritual coach, not a licensed mental health professional. My work is spiritual and educational in nature and is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, mental health diagnosis, or crisis care.

Spiritual coaching can complement therapy or other professional care, but it is not intended to be a substitute for it. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical treatment, I encourage you to seek support from an appropriately licensed professional.
