These short sessions are intended to support you on a current situation or question you may have with your Recover Your Soul journey. Sessions include a transcript and AI summary emailed for processing after the session with Rev Rachel.

After years of sharing the Recover Your Soul Podcast, this new YouTube playlist is a natural expansion of the journey,  moving from healing into awakening.

Recover and Awaken Your Soul is a video podcast space where recovery meets deeper spiritual awareness.

 

You’ll find video versions of many Monday episodes, along with additional reflections and teachings where Rev Rachel shares more fully from her work as a metaphysical minister.

This space is for those who have begun healing old patterns and are feeling called into something more,  greater presence, expanded consciousness, and a deeper relationship with their soul and a Higher Power of their understanding.

Healing opens the door. Awakening shows us who we truly are.
