In this module, you will reflect on old beliefs and fears around spirituality that may no longer serve you, and you will begin to cultivate a personal, empowering connection with the Source, Spirit, or Higher Power of your understanding. This is a deeply transformative step where you’ll learn to let go of control, embrace faith, and step into a co-creative relationship with the divine energy that flows through and around you. Through guided meditation, journaling, and reflective practices, you’ll discover that spirituality isn’t about following rules or fitting into someone else’s expectations—it’s about trusting your intuition, aligning with your heart, and finding your own unique path up the mountain. As you explore this step, you’ll be reminded that you’re not alone, and that within you is the strength, wisdom, and love needed to co-create a life of peace, joy, and wholeness.
